18th century watches are not my area of expertise at all, but while I'm waiting for (my) 19th century ones to come up for auction I do see many of them sold at auction (they generally are sold in rough age sequence!). And I'm regularly surprised and disappointed by how little they seem to fetch.

What I see in your watch is the superb engraving of the balance cock and plate, a cylinder movement and dial in very good (or better) condition, and a silver case in reasonable to good condition. Assuming it is working, I would expect you to achieve an auction hammer price of £100-150 for that which equates to a retail price of £125-190.
