Repeater identification

Was hoping to call upon the wisdom of the NAWCC to help me identify this movement I have.

See pics. I "assume" it's a 5 minute repeater. No identifying marks on back. Advance retard appear to be in French. No I don't have the tools to remove the hands and dial. Winding stem hole at 3 o'clock. Lever set. Approx 3.8 cm diameter. Jeweled to the pallet. That's the sum total of my knowledge.

Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Your movement resembles a LeCoultre Caliber 31.

Hello

I have problems with identification some watches

Here is one: Hunter case Illinois watch co

But what is inside:???:

On cover case is serial, visible on photo, and on case is remarks, look like 2 1 C 3 9 (C or G ?) with small number 1 or is this just scratch?
Any info about movement? Tnx
