Fix what? You haven't told us what is wrong with the wheel you have, so it's hard to know what to suggest in the way a repair.I want to know how to fix it.
Maybe you can something that will work HERE.Who sells the tension spring (retainer) washers for these? When removing the retainer to replace the click spring, I broke it in two pieces.

Yes, R.J., I have done that too but this one has no groove cut in the arbor. The retainer has to be made out of hard steel and the tips dig into the smooth arbor and retain the tension spring. Maybe I could cut a groove in the arbor or drill it and insert a pin. You can’t remove these without breaking them.I use a thin gauge tie wire. Less pro, more practical.
