I put a bushing in and made the countersink to deep so I need to take out the bushing and reinstall another. What is the easiest and best way of doing this?

Ticktock:

The bushing is just a tapered friction fit, so turn the plate over and use a flat punch, (or a pusher from your bushing machine) that is smaller than the O.D. of the bushing you just installed, to push it out.
Then turn to plate back over and rebush using the same hole.

Hi ticktock,
You could use a cutting broach and open the hole untill the bush falls out.
