Questions about a unidentified PW

I just purchased a pocket watch that has no logo or engraving to identify who made it and when it was made. Someone says it is a american PW. Pics attached below. Thanks for your help.

The repeater part resembles the Touchon repeater.
Though don't quote me on it.

It's definitely Swiss, yes. I suggest posting this question in the Complicated Watches forum. This feels like the kind of watch Mr. Poniz can tell you about, and he will see it there.

I could say, unless denied, that it is a Lemania caliber.

According to the clue provided by Eric, I'm almost sure the caliber comes from Lemania. Thanks Eric.

Still, I would like to know more details about this watch, such as why there is no marking, the grade of the watch, the material of the case, etc. I also want to know more about Lemania and A. Lugrin, There is very little information about them online. Thank you all.
