quartz watch battery unknown type

hi all!
I dont deal with quartz watches usually
wanted to replace battery but to me it looks not standard
please advice me with battery type

This not a battery. It is a capacitor for the watch is a Citizen Eco-Drive.
The capacitor number is MT416

If the watch charges up under a desk light overnight, the capacitor is probably OK.
