Quartz Rolex identify help

I am trying to help to identify current example

I am not so good in Rolex watches but to me it looks like replica watch
All I got some pictures and trying to advice my friend

I never seen this model before

At least it says "Rolex" and not "Bolex", like the watches sold a few decades ago by a German coffee shop brand for 15.--. Until Rolex sued them (a few days after the sale had commenced) ...

By the way, a "replica" is by definition (at least over here) a look-alike made by the same manufacturer as the original thing. "Fake" or "product piracy" would be the correct term for this watch.
