Please help with a case engraving, I think it is a Brotherhood of the Railroad Motormen?

Hello All,

I have a recent purchase. It is a recased Elgin Father Time, 18s, 21j. The Case has an engraving on the back cover I am unsure about. I make out BRM with a lamp at the bottom. I was unable to find that same marking in my research. If you have seen this, know what it is, or can point me in a direction to research it... I would be very appreciative.
