Please help identify a clock movement

Attached are images of a clock movement I'm about to clean. The movement design differs from others I've looked at (in my short hobbyist life) in that the second wheel on the chime train directly drives the count wheel. Does anyone have an idea of the name of the manufacturer? All comments are appreciated.
