Please advise on Perret & Fils pocket watch

Kindly ask your humble opinion of what could be possible year of production of such watch?
Asking not for making high price and eventually sold it - but to finally become acknowledged of what approx.age of the P&F watch is and so my kids (one of four will inherit it) would be aware of the heirloom
