    nice case, but since they all look kind of the same more detailed photos and/or investigation are warranted. for example, if the pendulum rods are oval then it's a waterbury. french ones tend to have 'france' stamped in the suspension block... but sometimes there's only a number stamped somewhere and no way to really i.d. ... UNLESS someone recognized the case and says, oh that's a _________.

    btw, looks like you're running out of room... you can hang it at my house, if that would help. :cool:

    The pend. Rods are round. I haven't looked at the susp. block. I just purchased it and love the sound of a pinwheel movement, very soothing.

    Okay, that's just bad. :rolleyes: And you only narrowed it down from 3 to 2. o_O You still have us sitting on pins and needles. :cool:
