I got this at a local chapter clock meet. It is a Illinois Private label. 16S , 19 jewels. Model 4, grade 174,
serial number 1965032. It is for a hunter case,

but is in an open face case. Says Burlington Special on the face. Made in 1907.
It is adjusted 3 ways. Best thing is it runs! Right now it is in a NAWCO Challenge case,
serial number 1707362. I still have to clean up the case.

Nice watch

It is an Open Face (not a hunting cased watch) :) .

I believe that is a “Getty” style Illinois Watch movement as there is only one winding wheel visible? Maybe someone else will explain why they called these movements the Getty style?
