We recently bought an Ansonia Sonia #1 at an auction for $60. The case and face are in nice shape, but the movement although looking clean was not moving. Some oiling and the time side is now fast ticking along. Unfortunately the clock did not come with a bob or a key. From looking around on the internet, the original bob seems to look like this with the top of the shaft hooking over a horizontal pin on the bottom of the spring.

The closest I have found is this 3-1/2" pendulum on Timesavers, but the end has an eye not the hook I need. Does anyone know of any better resource for the bob or how to convert the Timesavers' one.

Also the wind shafts are four sided measuring 4.3 mm and 2.0 mm for the speed adjustment. That looks like I need a #10 key. But the only one I seem to be able to find is in the UK (http://www.johnwardle.co.uk/no10440mm-brass-ansonia-key-192-p.asp) Does that seem right size for an Ansonia , #10 keys made in India seem to be 4.75mm?
    Thanks for any help.

The weight isn't critical. Try it out and see how it functions.

Thanks shutterbug I've ordered the bob so i'll see how that goes. Does anyone have the measurement from the hook to the center of the bob so i'll have someplace to start?
    thanks.
