Patek Philippe lady's pocket watch

Again I ask for help in identifying the movement: who is the manufacturer of the ébauche?
Patek Philippe or maybe Audemars?

It's a lady's pocket watch, diameter of the movement is about 13''' (30 mm), h = 3.5 mm.
Serial number 58904.

I believe this is by Patek Philippe. It has unique Patek features. You can be more certain by request an extract from the archives.

Agree with Dr. Jon for possible finisher. I will add from seeing under the dial, it is likely a Husson & Retor ebauche. If it is serviced, ask for pics or to view it disassembled: there may be hidden marks from them on underside of or below bridges/plates.

I believe it is simply “11” or “ii” (uppercase). Not sure it has any proven function, but I hope others may have a definitive answer for you.

SWAG: Personally, I think it could be a caliber setup reference for the ebauche maker. I’ll call it a “setup” number, because I’m ignorant of all proper nomenclature. Not always a caliber number per se, but used to direct machining. Beginning with the plate, each custom order would have a reference number (likely ties to the order number in the ledger) + the client’s serial number. But this third number could indicate which template(s) should be used for drilling the plate.

For example, at one factory I’ve studied most, this setup number controls (at least) the setting mechanism layout:

• Identical movements from the back + different setup numbers = vastly different setting works
• Calibers with the same setup number may have slight differences in the setting springs, etc.—but the drilling/milling of the plate below is identical.
