    Hello Eric
I do not own any Ansonia Crystal Regulators but I do not think they have a pendulum with a hook they take a rod with a eye opening and connect on a hook at the end of the suspension spring.
    Check out this one ebay.

    Item # 716011875

It has a oblong hole in the pendulum to fit over a hook end of the suspension spring.

The suspension spring is a cut to fit item them bend the end to make a hook.

I agree with Don, that's the way Ansonia does it.
