I do have quite some watches in my collection and am rather familiar with most of the interesting "after war stories"... but....
I have a (rather simple) watch labeled Precis. I thought it might be derived from GH after the UFAG/UROFA situation post WWII, but is is Swiss. Anyone heard ot the brand and its orign/story?

FWIW, mikrolisk.de lists Precis as a trademark used by both VEB Glashütter Uhrenbetriebe and Chas. Dom et Cie. in Geneva (registered apparently as Precis Dom August 18, 1947). Your picture does not enlarge sufficiently to read the dial. Others undoubtedly have more and better information.
