Hello,
I got nice 400 day clock with unusual colored dial and pendulum. The backplate is unsigned, just serial number 70098, but I think it is made by Kieninger& Obergfell. Plate 1355 from Horolovar Repair Guide seems to be closest ? The book says that this plate is year 1930, but the suspension guard is plastic. Maybe suspension guard is just replacement of original metal guard?

Regards

Definitely a Kieninger & Obergfell. I think the clock is 1933 or later because that's when they introduced the pendulum guide cup. From the serial and comparison to mine, I'd say the clock dates to late 1936 to early 1937. On these earlier clocks, I've only seen metal guards so the plastic must be something someone threw on.
