Afternoon All,

Just wanted to show my latest Lenzkirch added to the collection curtesy of Schmitt. It needs a little TLC, but should polish up beautifully! Tried to look for it in my Unsigned story book but unfortunately i did not see this one listed. The finials are not original and there is some very slight case damage to the backboard but otherwise I was very happy to get my hands on it

Sadly between the auction hall and the shipping company a piece of the bronze decoration went missing, and no-one seems to want to try and find it! haha

Does anyone know a source to get some of the bronze decorative pieces and possibly a reference to see what the original finials would have looked like?

Love to hear your thoughts! Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

If you provide a picture of the back of the movement, we can supply a very good circa date on the manufacture of the movement. Someone who has access to Lenzkirch catalogs can possibly identify your clock.

Regards.
