new or old rolex daytona ?

    I guess we are not suppossed to discuss worth here. BUT, IMHO, the steel and gold earlier configurations of the Zenith Daytona are WAY underpriced. It would be VERY advantageous of you to buy a steel and gold earlier version in the 4000 to 4500 range (they can be had for that amount if you look around, without the fliplock) rather than pay 20 off for a newer one. The big joke is that 2-tones are so cheap that people are going to start "converting them" to steel watches as the all steel ones bring 6k minimum! Jeff Hess
