    Hi all.
Does any one have an idea of the date of manufacture of this clock?
Any information you may share about it is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Carlos

This clock appears to be the Nana. It's shown in Tran Duy Ly's book on New Haven clocks from the 1906 catalogue but may have been offered a few years either side of that year. Your does not look exactly like the catalogue illustration in Tran but is close enough. Often the catalogue illustrations do not match up in all details to the real thing. It came as one-day time only or time and alarm. It is in the Carriage Clock section of Tran's book but really is more of a novelty clock. Many of this general style were made by the various American clock manufacturers.

All I can say is after 1900, based on the pillar nuts, not pins. Maybe the clock shows up in Tran's New Haven book? I don't have it but others will.

It's nice to see that yours has its handle. I have seen several up for auction missing the handle. My own, inherited from my mother, is missing the handle. Must have been a design flaw, or a lot of people forgetting where they put the handle after whatever would make them take it off.
