I got this clock in a auction and would love to know the years it was made ?
Thanks for any help
does anyone know the years Radium was used on clock faces ? when they stopped maybe that could point me to when it was made.
is there a place i can go to find out new alarm clock models ?
Wow no New Haven collectors out there ?
Radium was first used on clock dials in the very early 1900's, and commonly used until the late 1950's. It is therefore difficult to date a clock by the inclusion of radium on the dials to a timeframe any closer than that. In my limited experience, it appears that your clock dates to about the mid 1930s or so, but this is just my best guess. I was unable to locate this particular model clock in any of my reference books.
Thank you so much for the information .
I will continue looking around and hopes to find some information .
