Löppis is a special kind of second hand business in Sweden.Either private persons or charity organisations sell donations and whole estates to make a living or to support their affairs respectively, You see Löppis signs on every road and the items usualy are offered in a barn or in an old abandoned farm or factory building. There is everything imaginable for sale, and sometimes clocks find their way into these Löppis.
This GB stood there, all bits and pieces incl. the (original) suspension and I couldn´t pass it for 50€. Ser.No 2485343.
After just a cleaning and oiling it´s running nicely with allmost 360° amplitude.

You did well, my friend!! The serial number dates it to mid 1924. I believe John indicated there were two versions of the 4-ball pendulum, with the second version being easier to adjust for time. He said that the new version came along mid 1925 but both versions were used for a time.
