I would like to make people aware of a book that was recently published in France, and is devoted to the fascinating subject of Breguet's Subscription and Tact Watches. I have not personally yet read the book, but feel it should be of great interest to watch collectors, or to anyone with an interest in the work of the great watch and clock maker Abraham-Louis Breguet.

    Author: Georges RIGOT.
    Introduction by Emmanuel BREGUET.
    ISBN 978-2-9559532-0-4.
    Printed by M&P Edition France.

This all-original book is initially published in a French version.
It is a hardcover book containing 200 pages, with more than 250 pictures, drawings, and documents in color.
This French edition was printed in a limited run of only 500 copies and is not available in bookstores.
It is sold directly by the author, who will also personally dedicate the book upon request.

Shipped in a rigid cardboard box Worldwide for $100 US, which includes free shipping.

To order a copy of the book, please contact its author, Georges Rigot, at this address:

Note: Georges Rigot is also the co-author, along with the late great French antique watch expert Jean-Claude Sabrier, of the book "STEEL TIME", published in English in 2005. It was also published in French with the title "Montres en acier: Naissance d'une industrie".
