Who made this? It seems to be a European pocket watch movement.

There is also a marking of F1 on the train bridge.

Based on that rather distinctive pallet bridge, it looks like it could be an unlisted (on Dr. Ranfft's site) movement by Helvetia. The Helvetia that he does show is in link below.

It is or was not uncommon to make a movement wider or thicker and give it a new number. LeCoultre for example:

462: Dm= 37.2mm, H= 5.0mm
467, 467/2: Dm= 45.6mm, H= 5.4mm, no mounting flange
487, 467/2: Dm= 44.2mm, H= 5.4mm
