Hello everyone, Bruce and I are continuing with our work on an early Gustav Becker mantle clock. We are in need of the overall length of the lever that rides on the chime and strike pins as well as the diameter of the those pins. Is there anyone who could provide those measurements?
As always, thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

Looks like everything there is intact and unmolested. Maybe I'm missing something? Willie X

Willie, there are some wear issues we're trying to sort out. Having those dimensions will help us. Thank you for your interest.

It will be impossible to find those measurements you ask for.
Becker has been out of business for many years and records, etc. do not exist.
Secondly, many years experience tells me that there is likely nothing wrong with the parts in question.
If there are wear problems in that movement, the wear is more likely at the pivot holes in the front and rear plates of the movement. Have you done anything to solve that wear?
I recently completed an overhaul of a very similar GB movement. I found no problems with any of the parts you mention. From your photos, I see that no bushings have been installed to compensate for wear in the wheel trains.
Your trouble shooting methods may be flawed.
JMHO,
Dick
