The patent number ( ch14358) is not reported, so this movement was built at least ten years after 1897

i know nothing about watches i just want to understand the movement was build by Charles Hahn and the watch was sold by Durrstein's Monopol in germany ?The star with the D is Durrstein's Monopol brand a German signature, the mark on the left is the German hallmark (Full Moon, Corona) which identifies gold, below the two Swiss hallmarks ( squirrel) for 14 K gold.
