I have a jaeger lecoultre 463 movement that had been heavily worn and rusted, and have been able to locate and replace all of the parts needed with the exception of the 4th wheel train bridge jewel. there was no jewel in the movement for me to measure for a replacement either. if anyone could help me identify a part number for this, or what size is needed, it would be greatly appreciated.

Is it friction fit? You can order a new seitz jewel from any parts house. The important measurements are just hole and outside diameter size, both of which you can measure directly (if the hole is a mess, you'll want to ream it up to the next size.)
