my clock mentor has asked me to ask here if anyone might have an escape wheel assembly for a
W&A Schmid-Schlenker jr (Germany). if you can help, please send me a private message. thx!

What's wrong with this one? The upper pivot appears to be intact. a broken upper pivot and trying to get the flywheel synced to the EW are the biggest problems I've seen with these. (Barring someone having messed with the figurines and their placement in the balance bar.).

the only info i have at this point is: "Bad escape wheel."

given that's he's fixed several worn escape wheels for me over time i would assume that the one is question is too trashed to work with.

Or... Maybe the hairspring within it is trashed. I forgot about that relative weakness.
