    They may not all be chronometers, but were designed with the purpose of navigation.

    Here is my modest collection of navigation time pieces:

    All of the Hamiltons were produced in 1943 and the Longines in 1938.

    While out Antiquing I stumbled upon an old NAWCC Bulletin. It is Part 1 December 1982 Whole Number 221 Vol. XXIV, No. 6.

    In this bulletin there is an article titled "The Rise and Decline of Chronometer Manufacturing in Great Britain" by Alun C. Davies (U.K.). If this is not available on line, it would nice if it could be put there. It was very informative a great read.

    That Bulletin is available on line to full members of NAWCC. As is the case with all Bulletins since NAWCC founding. Along with a great number of other features. Membership has its benefits!
