My "New" Kienzle

    Pick this one up local yesterday. Clean and all original. Too nice to pass up.

    Made by Kienzle for Sussfeld, Lorsch, and Schimmel (SELSI). This clock has the highest serial number in my Kienzle records at 161730. I would guess it must be from close to the time Kienzle sold out to Kern and Link, but I don't have much info on dates for Kienzle.

    I've recorded a nearly identical clock marked Huber Uhren from the same period.

    Wow, a local purchase!! That's pretty good. Thanks for the info on SELSI...I didn't know what it stood for. I have a SELSI Huber with lantern pinions. Needs service I just noticed! :banghead:
