• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

My first double dial.

Yesterday I received my first double dial safe and sound. I know it's a fairly common clock but it has earned a spot next to my Estell once I get it cleaned up.

Looks like a nice one! I have that model, too. In fact, here are my 3 Ithacas:

There may have been some repair to the very top of the center crest, but the rest of it looks quite good. Not unusual for the entire crest to be missing or it is completely replaced.

Nice old surface. Don't strip it.

I can remember when these Ithacas brought big $$. Prices are down for most of the shelf models, so it's a great time to acquire them.

There is a nice Bulletin Supplement devoted to the Ithaca Clock Company you may wish to look at:

Bulletin Supplements - National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, Inc. (nawcc.org)

Enjoy your double dial.

If you have a little spare time after you've read the Ithaca supplement that RM posted above, there are several good Bulletin articles about the Fashion clocks that can be as much fun as sitting and looking at the Christmas Wish Book. Just enter the word Fashion (with a space after it to weed out topics with the word "fashioned" in them) in the search box here > Bulletin Quick Search - National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, Inc. You'll need to be signed in to NAWCC.org to access the Bulletins.
