The first question is when it is time to play the music the lever that goes in the notch falls back in and it stops the music from playing. The next question is the portion of the lever that stops the fan broke does anyone know where I can get a replacement.

At warning, the fan needs to be able to rotate when the (nose) pulls free of the cylinder, this will cause the cylinder to rotate very little because the warn wire is now blocking the fan but enough so that the nose won't drop back into the hole. At this point, (B) should be away from the fan and now (A) is holding it. Adjust at (A) and (C). The adjustment should also allow (B) to block the fan once the nose drops into the cylinders hole.

There should be a spring that pulls the lever backward a little when it comes out of the hole.
