Modern Tower Clock Motion Works

My engineering staff made some really nice tower clock motion works. Designed for up to an 8' diameter clock. Some photos below.

Interesting. Are those ceramic sleeves that the minute and hour hand shafts pass through?

Is this a stock item awaiting a project or is were these built for an in progress job?

The bearings are a composite polymer/fiber/lubricant.

We have been using them for years - brief article on our website - they have never failed or galled.

The extension bearing supports are anodized aluminum.

Most of our movements are made to stock, not sure about this project.

Inside photograph, sorry for the delay. This is based on our standard C1 Tower Clock Movement, which we have been making in various iterations since the 1930's. Some of the 115VAC versions are still running.
