The rather plain case Ansonia is missing it's finials which I want to replace. Does somebody have details I can use to either buy or make? Any of the suppliers specialise on this.
I also wonder what is the name of this model,
    Regards

This Ansonia clock appears to be the "Rockland" model. An example from the 1907 Ansonia catalog shows up on page 255 of Tran Duy Ly's second edition Ansonia book. This clock did not have finials. Rather, it featured a crown piece which ran nearly the full width of the top. The crown piece no doubt had wooden pegs which fit into the holes on the top of the clock case. David, Owen.or

The holes have a square "shadow" which would not be a round finial, however there's no "shadow" between them for a crest, but it may be long gone. I don't have the book but will see if a colleague has,
    Thanks for your Help,
    Graham
