Men’s 1943 Rolex and Vulcain watches

Hi, I inherited this watch, I believe it was my great uncle’s. Would love to know more about it, it’s history, value, etc. It works great ...
The Vulcain I know nothing about other than it’s very old, seems to be made of gold and works great as well.
appreciate any help in educating myself as to these heirlooms.
