Master 100 day clock

Does anyone know the correct thread size for the leveling screws for this clock. It seems to measure somewhere between 6-32 and 8-32. It could be a 3.5 MM but what pitch? Chris at Horolvar didn't know or have one to check. Thanks.

David, do you have a photo? There were a couple of different models that may have different feet. I have a couple of these so will check the size and post later.

Hi John, I'll attach some photos of the base that needs the leveling screws. I've got everything apart at the moment. I ran a soft piece of dowel into the holes and the grooves cut match a 32 Thread but a 7 size. I haven't found a source yet. Thanks.

Maybe try something like [FONT=&amp]M4x0.8 (or 0.7)[/FONT]

There may be a 7 32 thread.

We have a bunch of add ball taps and there may be a 7-32.

What you could do is locate a set of dies that either have the side screw that allows one to adjust the size or get a harbor freight one and make a vertical cut in the side then wedge a screwdriver in the cut to make it larger.

You may try a well stocked hardware store to see if something fits.
