• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

Marvin

Hi everybody! I'm a new member on this website, and I'm looking for informations about the brand Marvin, created in 1850 in Saint Imier (CH), moved in la Chaud de Fonds(CH) in 1894. Marvin watches have been sold in US, especially in N.Y city during the late 19th, early 20th through Hipp Didisheim, Nassau Street, N.Y.C. If you have any information or any product about MARVIN or Hipp Didisheim, please let me know, I'll appreciate a lot. Thank you for everything and have a nice day. Marvina

Hi Marvina:

Welcome to the NAWCC Pocket Watch Message Board!

It isn't much, but here's a scan of a 1941 Marvin Ad. It's a pretty poor reproduction because it is scan of a reverse print copy of a negative image microfilm of the original magazine ad. The original is in the NAWCC Library & Research Center.

Good luck,

Marvina,

Have you seen the information on Marvin in Swiss Timepiece Makers 1775-1975?
