Manufacturer Repair - Newer Watches

Does anyone have insight into the average cost/ cost range, timing of repair and quality of repair among brand service centers? With restrictions on replacement parts, I understand only a brand's repair center may be able to service newer watches. Specific brands of interest: Jaeger-LeCoultre, Blancpain, Glashutte Original.
