I wanted to share this with anyone that has interest in the Manhattan Watch Company. I am still trying to track down any date for it but am thinking 1885-1886. The models mentioned do not include anything with the later "chronograph" button but rather the stop watch button that you slide up. I was impressed with the condition and thought it would be good to let my fellow collectors who may be interested have a read of it too.

Thanks Kevin for all that good information.
My Manhattan appears to be a No. 10-1/2.
    Photos with spare dial.
