    Not if he finds one...He emailed me and said the length (or the long) was around 78 inches.

    I told him to ask if anyone had a formula for using a thicker, less in width so shorter
    spring..

    Any ideas :???::???:

    S LaRose has a mainspring that is 17/32" which is .8 mm less in width, is .010 mm thick and 72 inches long,but has a hole end that can be changed. If the clock is worn as the ones I get, this should do quite well.
    There are people who advertise in the mart who will make you a spring to order.
