Can a pendulum like this length be changed if necessary to go in another clock

Questions are whether the other clock has enough power to drive a heavier pendulum, and whether the mech is strong enough to support the weight. Also, a heavy pendulum might cause more case sway.

Does your clock have a quartz movement and fake weights? If so, a heavy pendulum will probably be too heavy for the magnet to swing it.

A lot depends on the other pendulum style. If it's a stick pendulum, the Lyre could cause it to run a lot faster.
