Looking for details on Hunter Opening Mechanism

Anyone know where there is a diagram on how a push crown hunter case opening mechanism works or better yet one where it is a button in the center of the crown? I don't have any hunter cases to take a look at.

Obviously a crown with a button is more elegant than a push-crown. A push-crown is simple, you push the whole crown with stem - usually there is enough play in the keyless works to allow that, as the lid hook needs just a minor push...
