Looking for a copy of Bilger's "The Cuckoo Clock Repair Manual"

My dad is getting started learning to repair cuckoo clocks and would really like to get ahold of a copy of William J. Bilger's The Cuckoo Clock Repair Manual. I have found that it was published by the Blue Parrot Publishing Company in 2013, but it appears that this may be his self-publishing company.

We can not find it for sale anywhere and my dad even tried Interlibrary Loan, with no luck. Does anyone know how to get access to a copy of this book?

I am sorry to hear about Mr. Bilger's passing. So much knowledge is lost.
I like to study many sources before I start repair work and I find your book very helpful.

I see that Mr. Lloyd has written such a book on cuckoo clocks. Cuckoo Clock Repair Manual, Step By Step No Prior Experience Required.
