Longines 280.443 setting lever wanted

I'm struggling to find a setting lever (and screw) for my 280. Ref 280.443

Hi Mike,

I think you'll have a long search since nobody seems to stock them; the cal. 280 setting levers seem to be prone to snapping at the nib, and having just found two movements with the same problem, I've recently finished making one with its screw! As they have a boss round the threaded hole, they're rather awkward to make.

How about a pic of the watch, dial off, setting mechanism, so maybe someone could find something close from another watch brand.
