Here are some pictures of a 12" dial I found. It appears to be made of a fiberglass type of material. It is white with black numerals. when 120volts AC is applied to it it glows blue. Does anyone know what clock it goes to? Thank you, Scot IMG_1053.jpg IMG_1052.jpg

I know Simplex had some luminous dials that were used on ships.

I believe the dials are made of electroluminescent material - my firm made a version of the clock for navy ships with a red dial. I believe Sylvania provided the material.
