Afternoon All,

I recently added this clock to my collection, sadly it is missing a couple of the bronze decorative pieces and missing it's original finials. Wondering if anyone has a source for where to find some of these smaller pieces OR even a place who can cast me new ones from the originals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I take it that your are not picturing your clock. Some of the finials are brass, and unlikely to ever be found. Some are wood, and could be reproduced by a good wood lathe man, if he had a pic and dimensions. As a desperation move, the others could be done in wood too, and painted. Of course, anything not original decreases the resale value.

Afternoon,

That is in fact my clock hanging in my gallery. I'm less worried about exactly matching, and more wondering if there's a sorce for period correct pieces that I could use to fill in the gaps.

Or possi ly a foundry that might be able to cast from the originals

I don't know about castings, but there's a lady in Poland that custom makes finials, finished or unfinished. If you send her a picture of your clock I'll bet she could match it with the correct set of finials. She's helped me a few times. Very knowledgeable as far as what's correct for a particular piece. She will even stain to match!
