Picked up this very simple Le Phare wrist watch but have been unable to find details on it. Movement indicates 17 jewels Swiss and what looks like to be two letters "GY". The disl looks like it may be enameled. If anyone can steer me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you all for your assistance. Once I removed the straps and put it through the cleaner I was able to see the case is gold plated 10 microns with the initials PH where the straps are connected. I was able to find the movement # and it is now running for 24hrs and keeping good time.
It is a women's watch movement encased in a housing with a 30mm dial
To your comment roughbarked, are you saying that is not likely affiliated with the watch company Le Phare?
Thanks to both of you again.
