• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

I have one of these. It keeps consistent time but I'm having a hard time nailing down the correct beats per hour. There's a small window in the back of the clock where I can -- with a thin screwdriver -- slide the speed lever one way or the other. Unfortunately, if it's too fast I move it a hair to the left and then it's too slow, and vice versa. If I knew the correct BPH, I could set it correctly without spending days fooling around with it. Does anyone know what the BPH is supposed to be?

Thanks!

Set your beat counter to just count. Mark a starting point by watching the minute hand, and then let the clock run for about three hours. Stop the count when the minute hand reaches the starting point, and divide the count by three. That should get you real close to perfect BPH needed. Be sure to check it early if it's running fast. The important part is stopping at exactly the starting point.
