Picked up this Kern "Lancel/Paris" clock at a Antique Faire last weekend.
Walked by this guys booth just about closing time, he was putting it back
in a box when I saw it. Asked the price ($30.00) offered $20 & he let me
have it.
The clock is in great shape, hardly any wear at all. The typical sus-spring
was broken but all other sus- parts were there. This clock weighs almost
7 1/2 lbs.
Any info on this "Lancel/Paris would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

great buy for 20bucks,congrats!Kern is-better was until a few months-the last surviving producer of anniversaries, only on demand the last years. They still have a website:google for Kern Jahresuhren, and Mr.Kern usualy provides info when asked via email. You´ll se what nice quality these clocks are when You service it,and IMHO Kern allways were to be recognized by their tastefull designs-in contrast to other bit "kitschy"styles.I don´t have my "book" at hand, but I´m sure others will id the SS You need.Enjoy!
