I found a double signed hunting cased 6 size Lady Martha Illinois Grade 164 movement
in a spectacular case in fine condition that does not seem too common.

The "lady Martha" was made exclusively for the A.C. Becken Company
a well-known Chicago, IL jobber.

I don't know how many of the Lady Martha's were made, but I can not
find any other photographic examples posted on the NAWCC Forum, or on the
internet anywhere (where I looked)
In fact, other than one mentioned by Jeff Hess on our forum (without photos) there
is absolutely no information I could easily find. I'm sure someone here might
have one, but not sure.

I contacted a few members here for help. First, I found out
that the "Lady Martha" was listed as a private label for A.C. Becken in
American Pocket Watch Encyclopedia and Price Guide, Volume 2, Illinois Watch Co.
by Bill Meggers, and Roy Ehrhardt

But I wanted to go to the original source, the company that ordered it from The Illinois Watch Company.

I knew Nathan had a few A.C. Becken Company catalogues on the PWD but they
weren't scanned in yet to the Pocket Watch Database. I asked him
to search the catalogue and find me a listing for the Laday Martha.
He found it listed in the 1903 and 1904 editions and sent me the
scan of the details (thank you Nathan and the PWD :) ).
